This tool can install and setup internet environment automatically.
It can set Windows/Macintosh System, Internet Explorer, and Netscape as if in the same stage.
The setting can be for more than two properties(phone number,etc).
By accumulating information of setting for each properties, user can choose property by name and all the rest can be done automatically.
This automatic setting include dial-up environment, mail environment, proxy server for WWW browser.
User have to do only:
- Choose property(access point or ADSL),
- Input user ID,
- Input Password, and
- Choose one modem device, if there are two or more.
If dial-up and TCP/IP are not installed, these will be installed. But WWW browser (Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator etc.) must be installed beforehandly.
In classic Macintosh edition, this tool sets for TCP/IP, MacTCP, FreePPP, MacPPP, WWW browse, mail soft, and Internet Config.
In Mac OS X edition, this tool sets for TCP/IP, PPP, PPPoE, Internet Explorer, Netscape, Safari, Mail.
